What is GDPR?

GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation) is a regulation on the protection of personal data, applicable in the European Union since 25 May 2018. It regulates the processing of personal data - collection, recording, storage, viewing and deletion.

Siteor as a data processor

You are the data controller of the data you entrust to us. You decide on the purposes and means of processing.

Siteor is the data processor. We process data on your behalf. We are not the “owner” of the data and cannot use it for our own purposes.

Siteor stores data on Amazon AWS servers located in the European Union.

Who has access to data?

Data is confidential. Customer support staff have access only with your consent (time-limited). Only selected technical staff, bound by confidentiality, have access to the database.
